2017 Tabeaux Primitivo
Our first year flagship primitivo is a bold and complex vintage with great aging and juicy, dark fruit notes of black cherry, chocolate and baking spices. A well-rounded wine with medium high acid and a smooth, dry finish that can hold its own beside even the most flavorfully paired dishes. An excellent meal time wine to compliment bold sauces like BBQ and hearty marinara.
Note: this vintage predated our switch to natural fermentations and was made using conventional winemaking methods.
